This tour is designed for quilting enthusiasts and creative spirits who love fabric, friendship, and fun. Sit back, relax and let us do the driving!

We’ll make Calgary our home base for three nights, giving us the perfect home base to explore some of the area’s best shopping and quilting destinations.

One full day will be spent at the Central Alberta Quilt Show in Red Deer, AB. Explore stunning quilt exhibits, browse vendor booths and discover the latest fabrics, patterns, tools and quilting treasures. Whether you’re a seasoned quilter or just starting out, you’ll find plenty of inspiration.

We’ll also spend a day exploring Calgary’s shopping scene. We’ll start the morning at IKEA, the perfect place to find home organization treasures or something new for your sewing space. Then we’ll visit two Calgary quilt shops, giving you plenty of opportunities to shop for fabrics, patterns and quilting supplies. We’ll finish the day at CrossIron Mills, Alberta’s premier shopping destination, featuring more than 200 stores with brand-name deals, outlet shopping, fashion, home goods and more.
